Introduction

Travelers is a Canadian-American science fiction series that takes place in the post-apocalyptic future. It follows the story of “travelers”, special operatives whose main goal is to prevent the inevitable collapse of the society. These Travelers operate by going back in time to inhabit the bodies of people who live in the 21st century and who are moments away from death. This way, they are making the least impact on the timeline, and are preventing horrific consequences of distorted time. They maintain their host’s life so as not to disturb everyone around them, and work to fulfill their mission.

Travelers Inspired Dog Name Considerations

If you are a fan of the Netflix and Showcase collaborative series Travelers, you probably know all there is to know about the characters, and cannot wait for more episodes. You also know that the show features some great characters played by talented actors whose names can serve as inspiration when coming up with a perfect moniker for your pupper. You can always start with the character names, but how about this time you start from the cast?

So, for example, you can name your doggo Eric, after Eric McCormack who played Grant MacLaren, MacKenzie after MacKenzie Porter who played the role of Marcy Warton, or Nesta Cooper who brought Carly Shannon to life. One of the main characters, Trevor Holden, was played by Jared Abrahamson, and you can use both his name and his surname as your doggo’s new moniker. Reilly Dolman played Philip Pearson, the team’s historian, who has a sweet name and even sweeter fashion sense. All in all, your options are there, and you surely have a reason to binge-watch the series with your lovely doggo. Stay in, cuddle, make some healthy snacks, and enjoy your night at home, just you and your best friend.
