Introduction

The Terminal is a 2004 comedy drama movie that is directed and co-produced by acclaimed filmmaker Steven Spielberg and stars Tom Hanks, Stanley Tucci and Catherine Zeta-Jones. The plot of the movie focuses on a foreigner named Viktor Navorski, a resident of the fictional country of Krakozhia, who gets stuck in the John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City. Because his country is undergoing a military coup, he essentially becomes stateless; he is neither allowed to enter the United States nor fly back home. The film’s story is loosely based on the story of Mehran Karimi Nasseri, a refugee who stays for 18 years at the Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport in France.

The Terminal Inspired Dog Name Considerations

One of the many perks of getting a new dog is the freedom to choose whatever name you want for them. It also allows you to get your creative juices flowing and come up with the most suitable moniker for your furbaby. However, before you go and just pick out any name, you should take a few things into consideration.

An essential factor that must be taken into account is how clear the sound is. When pronounced, the name should produce a sharp and clear sound that can be easily recognized by your dog. Other than the sound, the length of the name is also an important consideration. Most dog experts agree that canines are only able to recall the first two syllables of a given word. Therefore, it makes sense to give them a name that does not exceed this number so that they can learn it as soon as possible.

If you are having a hard time coming up with inspiration for a dog name, you can use various works of pop culture for possible ideas. Music, television, films, art and politics are just some resources that you may utilize to come up with options and examples of dog names.
