Dog Names Ending in 'we' in Pop Culture
Barrett from Washington has epilepsy and can have a seizure at any time even though he takes medication and sees his doctor regularly. He was unable to lead a normal life because he could not drive or work in certain jobs due to the risk of injury due to a seizure. But then he found Milowe, the black Labrador Retriever rescue dog.
When you have epilepsy or any other type of seizure-related medical condition, it can be challenging to do many things. In fact, just sitting at home can be dangerous if you are on your own. However, there are some pawesome pooches at a fantastic rescue dog organization called Canine Partners for Life, or CPL.
Seizure alert dogs are able to let their human partner know when a seizure is coming, giving them the time to take a seizure preventing medication or maybe even call someone to come help them. It is important to have time to prepare so those with seizure-related disorders can lead normal lives without as much danger.
For example, if you are driving and have a seizure, it can be dangerous for you and the others around you. And if you happen to be in the bathtub and have a seizure, it can be deadly. Having a seizure alert dog can give those with epilepsy or other seizure-related illnesses a new lease on life because many of these individuals are afraid to do anything.
But how do these fantastic dogs know when a seizure is coming? Do they have some kind of extraordinary power? While the experts are still not quite sure how exactly they do it, some researchers and trainers say that these special poochies are able to detect a subtle change in behavior or a scent when a seizure is coming.
These dogs are born with this ability but it is essential for them and their human recipient to get proper training. Some of these pawsitively amazing pups can even press a button on their owner’s phone that automatically dials 911 for them to get help. So, for Barrett to successfully partner up with Milowe, they both had to take a training class.
Although Milowe seemed to think Barrett wears funny hats and sings strange songs, she loves him anyway. Barrett and Milowe took an immediate liking to each other and Barrett said she is a hard worker and excellent listener. In fact, the trainers said that Milowe listened much better than Barrett, who was always cracking jokes and talking.
However, Barrett was able to make it through the training class with Milowe, and they went home together where she made it easier for him to have a normal and fun life. Barrett has a wife and young children, and they all love Milowe too. In fact, his kids really like it when they can all go sledding together because Milowe brings the sled back up the hill for them. That may not be part of her job, but she does it anyway.
Dog Name Ending in 'we' Considerations
When you do finally meet your new pupster, the first thing on your doggo to-do list is to pick the ideal name. But don’t just go with the first name that comes to mind. Take the time to get to know your new little furbaby so their moniker fits them well. One of the best ways to find a good title for your canine kiddo is to get to know their personality. For example, if you find that your new poochie likes to chew on everything (like most pups), the name Chewe would be fitting, and Wowe is a cute name for the excitable dog. Also, Ewe is a fun moniker for a sheepdog like an Australian Cattle Dog or the Border Collie.
If you choose to name your pupster after their appearance, you can try Dowe, which means black in Scottish and is great for a black pooch, Snowe for a white doggo, and Qwe, which is the Hungarian word for tiny and would be pawesome for a petite pup. There are a ton of terrific dog names in pop culture as well. If you have a favorite movie, game, or book, you may just find the perfect moniker for your fur buddy there.
